Smoothies are one of the easiest yet healthiest ways to kick off your day. Depending on the ingredients, you can create a personalized drink to suit your needs, whether you're looking to promote gut health or simply in need of a midday boost.
Lynus Woo -- health guru and artist who recently opened LITE, a new health bar located in the heart of Hong Kong -- shares one of his favorite smoothie recipes with Hypebae. The drink calls for kale, banana and pineapple as the base, with a splash of oat milk depending on the consistency you're looking for.
While you can prepare this kale smoothie at home, the beverage is also available at LITE's newly opened location in Central for those who are based in Hong Kong. The health bar additionally offers salads as well as acai bowls, red dragonfruit smoothies and more.

1. Start by blending the kale and oat milk until the kale is as smooth as possible
2. Add the remaining ingredients.
3. If you prefer a thinner smoothie, splash in more oat milk. For a thicker smoothie, add a few ice cubes.
