Lynus Woo -- health guru and artist who recently opened LITE, a new health bar located in the heart of Hong Kong -- shares one of his favorite smoothie recipes with Hypebae. The drink calls for kale, banana and pineapple as the base, with a splash of oat milk depending on the consistency you're looking for.

Ingredients

  • Kale

  • Oat milk

  • Banana

  • Pineapple

  • Peanut butter

Preparation
