Heidi Klum looked absolutely fierce as she prepped for date night this past weekend.
The 48-year-old supermodel and America's Got Talent host just dropped a series of va-va-voom photos on Instagram—flaunting her super sculpted washboard abs.
Heidi, who no longer trains regularly in the gym, says going on long outdoor runs keeps her looking fit and fabulous.
Supermodel and America's Got Talent host Heidi Klum brings next-level energy to just about everything she does, so it’s hardly shocking that she’d literally be bouncing up and down when she’s prepping to go on a date.
Heidi, 48, dropped a series of photos on Sunday. And the photo dump consists mostly of herself getting ready to go out while wearing black underwear paired with a matching lacy black bra. It’s hard to miss the fact that Heidi’s booty, abs, and legs look super sculpted as she dances around while getting ready.
“Date ❤️Night 💋💄🥳😻🦋💥🌸🚀🎉🥰💃🕺👗👠💅,” she simply wrote in the caption.
Of course, Heidi didn’t get that level of muscle tone just by sitting on her butt.
She previously told Women’s Health UK that while she used to work out regularly with New York-based trainer David Kirsch, she no longer has a structured exercise plan anymore. “I have a treadmill that’s really great, but it sits there unused. I don’t have time for it,” she said.
Still, she’s big on going for long runs outside. "My favorite workout is a long run along the Westside Highway, which stretches along the Hudson River in New York City," she previously told Glamour. "It's a beautiful path, and you always feel surrounded by such an amazing community. You see the same people running every morning, and they inspire me to keep going."
Heidi also tries to do stay active in her daily activities—such as going on bike rides with her kids and jumping on the trampoline with them.
"Your metabolism definitely changes when you turn 40," Heidi told WH UK. "I always thought, “'That's not going to happen to me.' But it is happening to me. If I indulge more, I have to exercise more. I've figured out what works for me.”
Heidi eats well, too. She previously told Women’s Health UK that she and her family like to have a smoothie every morning. In fact, she keeps cut-up produce in the fridge ready for when she gets up, so that she can easily whip them up.
Heidi also usually steers clear of carbs but she doesn’t totally cut them out completely. “Do I want pasta? I do. I choose not to eat it,” she said. But, she added, she’ll have truffle pizza and pasta here and there. “It’s not like I don’t [indulge], just not all the time,” she said.
BRB. Gotta dig up those running shoes!
