GH Spoilers Weekly Update: Tense Conversations And Deceptive Decisions

The General Hospital spoilers for the week of April 8 – April 12, 2024, tease things getting heated between several people in Port Charles after a tense week.

Episode 15438: MONDAY, APRIL 1, 2024
Jason (Steve Burton) paid Elizabeth (Rebecca Herbst) and Jake (Hudson West) a visit, but Jake tore into his father for abandoning them yet again. Meanwhile, Sonny (Maurice Benard) visited his son at GH and discussed their feelings about Jason’s return. Later, Jason arrived to visit Dante (Dominic Zamprogna) and assured him Sonny wasn’t the target in all this. When Sonny went to visit Anna (Finola Hughes) at the PCPD later, she ripped into him and confirmed she had no plans of letting his crimes slide. Diane (Carolyn Hennesy) met with Alexis (Nancy Lee Grahn) at the Invader and after some back and forth, Alexis told her to proceed with her appeal. Just as Blaze (Jacqueline Grace Lopez) was about to sign her new contract making her the face of Deception, her mother Natalia (Eva LaRue) barged in with demands and convinced Lucy (Lynn Herring), Maxie (Kirsten Storms), and Brook Lynn (Amanda Setton) to allow her daughter to be the face without having to appear on Home & Heart.

Episode 15439: TUESDAY, APRIL 2, 2024

Drew (Cameron Mathison) and Nina (Cynthia Watros) had an intense-turned-understanding discussion about where they stand with each other. Anna called both Jason and John (Adam Harrington) to her office where they discussed Jason’s role in John’s plan and John revealed his leverage over Jason is actually RICO violations against Carly (Laura Wright), forcing Jason to continue his work for him. Meanwhile, Dex (Evan Hofer) had an interview with the PCPD about joining the force. Michael (Chad Duell), Willow (Katelyn MacMullen), and the kids joined Carly, Joss (Eden McCoy), and Donna (Scarlett Spears) for dinner at Carly’s house and discussed Jason’s return.

Episode 153440: WEDNESDAY, APRIL 3, 2024

Chase (Josh Swickard) and Brook Lynn visited Dante at GH and asked him to be a groomsman at their wedding. Meanwhile, Gregory (Gregory Harrison) had a doctor’s appointment and double-checked that his doctor couldn’t share his health updates with his sons. Sasha (Sofia Mattsson) and Cody (Josh Kelly) finally admitted their feelings for each other after a day working in the stables. Kristina (Kate Mansi) visited Nina at her Crimson office and was surprised when Maxie and Blaze arrived. After Blaze, once again, hid their relationship, Kristina made it clear she was angry at her. Tracy (Jane Eliott) ran into Stella (Vernee Watson) and the two had a heart-to-heart.

Episode 15441: THURSDAY, APRIL 4, 2024

Terry (Cassandra James) was finally seen on the canvas again and had her checkup with Tracy. Terry later met with Laura (Genie Francis) and Alexis about signing off on Port Charles workers being on the GH health plan. Curtis (Donnell Turner) walked into Bobbie’s using a cane and got applause from everyone. During his lunch with Trina (Tabyana Ali), Curtis comforted his daughter over Spencer’s (Nicholas Alexander Chavez) death. Also at Bobbie’s, Josslyn saw Dex looking over paperwork and learned of his plan to join the PCPD. Kristina and Blaze met up at GH and discussed what happened at Nina’s office. Blaze apologized for not telling Kristina about being the new face of Deception. Meanwhile, Kevin (Jon Lindstrom) checked in on Heather (Alley Mills) after her surgery. He later asked for Alexis’s legal opinion on what would happen to Heather now that she has a defense for her crimes. But when Portia (Brook Kerr) found out, she went off on them all for wanting to redeem Heather after she almost killed Trina. At the stables, Sasha told Cody about Dante being released from the hospital. The two shared a celebratory hug, and Sasha offered to make a meal for Dante. When Olivia (Lisa LoCicero) found it and asked her made it, she was shocked to learn it was Sasha. Tracy later showed up to ask Cody for help riding horses again.

Episode 154442: FRIDAY, APRIL 5, 2024

Drew finally met John, who came to ask if he had spoken to Jason. Drew was honest about their relationship, but that didn’t stop John from continuing to make threats. When Brook Lynn learned about an issue with Lila’s wedding dress, Lois made some calls to help her daughter with her dream dress. At the Metro Court, Sonny and Natalia spoke about their differences in how they reacted to their daughter’s sexualities. When Lois and Brook Lynn arrived, Natalia and Brook Lynn debated over Brook Lynn’s ability to manage Blaze while Brook Lynn scolded Natalia for wanting to keep Blaze and Kristina’s relationship a secret. Molly showed up at Bobbie’s to have lunch with Kristina and was assured by Carly that she was not angry with her over Jason’s arraignment. When Joss showed up to talk about Dex and Sonny with her mom, Kristina overheard and the two tore into each other over Sonny. Anna met with Brennan (Charles Mesure) to discuss his involvement with Pikeman, and who else may be involved. Sam (Kelly Monaco) brought Dante home from the hospital and he was greeted by Rocco (Finn Francis Carr) and Scout (Cosette Abinante). When they wondered where Danny (Asher Antonyzyn) was, he walked in with doughnuts from Eckert’s, and Sam questioned her son about whether he’d seen Jason, to which he assured her he hadn’t.

Week Ahead

Next week in Port Charles, there will be arguments between Nina and Drew and possibly Sonny and Jason, while Curtis makes more strides with his walking. GH is assumed to be pre-empted on Monday, April 8, 2024, due to coverage of the eclipse.
