“With Sam as COO and Nic as President, Spotter is well-positioned to continue empowering creator growth, especially as we launch our AI software personalized to creators,” Spotter CEO Aaron DeBevoise said in a statement.

Rogoway, the former chief product officer at Linktree and founder of the fan engagement platform Victorious, most recently served as president of Modern Age. Paul has been with Spotter since 2019, and has “deployed nearly $900 million to YouTube creators to reinvest in themselves and accelerate their growth,” per the company.

Among the creators that Spotter works with are MrBeast (when Amazon announced its record-breaking MrBeast series this week, the tech giant gave kudos to Spotter “for the introduction and kickstarting this journey for us.”), the football creator Deestroying, Dude Perfect, Donut Media and others.

In addition to its work with creators and brands, Spotter also develops software to help creators more efficiently produce content.

“It is inspiring to join a team that walks the walk when it comes to putting creators first and has been pivotal in empowering the transformation of the creator economy,” said Rogoway in a statement. “Spotter’s capital, knowledge, community, and now AI-powered software have helped so many YouTubers transcend into true media brands, and establish themselves as changemakers and businesses that go beyond their channel.”

“It has been an honor being a part of Spotter since its earliest days as COO, and I could not be more excited to continue building the company as a trusted resource for creators,” added Paul. “It’s even more rewarding to be able to come into this new role knowing that Sam is joining as COO. He has the product, creator economy, and leadership expertise to continue to push Spotter, and the creators we serve, to new heights.
