The Flaming Lips to play two nights at OKC Zoo Amphitheatre

OKLAHOMA CITY (KFOR) — In celebration of the band’s 40th anniversary, Oklahoma psych rockers the Flaming Lips will be playing two nights at the OKC Zoo Amphitheatre.

The two-night concert event is set for Friday, August 30, and Saturday, August 31. On the first night, the Flaming Lips will perform their hit album Yoshimi Battles the Pink Robots in its entirety, and then return to play their album The Soft Bulletin on the second night.

Tickets will be available beginning May 20 at 10 a.m. General admission lawn tickets are free with online reservation, and preferred tickets will be available to purchase. GA lawn tickets require an RSVP to attend, but doesn’t guarantee entry.
