Tammy Slaton earned a round of applause from fans after sharing an unfiltered, bare-faced selfie online.
On Sunday, April 21, the 1000-lb Sisters star uploaded a screenshot of her Facetime call with her psychic medium pal, Hayley Michelle. In it, the two stared directly at the lens–erm, each other–while slightly smirking.
The call appeared to be rather casual as Tammy wore only her glasses and a dark gray zip-up hoodie, forgoing any makeup or beauty filters. Though, the TLC personality hinted that something big could be coming to the show, teasing in the caption, "Stay tuned #1000lbsisters."
It was a simple post, yet it grabbed the attention of several followers, who were left impressed by the photo.

Season 5 of Tammy and her sister Amy's reality TV series wrapped up just a few weeks ago, on Tuesday, Feb. 6. As for future episodes, TLC has not officially confirmed anything yet. However, after Tammy's new post, fans are bracing for the exciting announcement.
