A new watering hole in Downtown Los Angeles is a hunk-a-burning love.

An Elvis Presley-themed pop-up bar opens on April 4 and pays homage to a famous room inside the King’s Graceland home in Memphis, Tennessee.

The pop-up is called “Love Me (Bar) Tender,” and is only open for two days. It’s part of a partnership with Memphis Tourism and Graceland “to inspire SoCal travelers to visit Memphis with a number of non-stop flight options from SoCal to the Home of Blues, Soul & Rock ‘n’ Roll.”

Vistors can snack on Memphis-inspired foods like a spicy fried chicken sandwich, a Memphis BBQ plate that includes dry-rubbed ribs, pulled pork, mac ‘n’ cheese, braised collard greens and cornbread and Elvis’ bread pudding, which is a peanut butter creme anglaise and vanilla gelato.

For those who want to imbibe can enjoy a Love Me Memphis, which is a a sweet banana creme treat with a bourbon base. There’s also the island-inspired Money Honey with honeydew and coconut.

The famed room debuted in 1965 at Graceland, inspired by Presley’s time in Hawaii.

Notable features include the green shag carpet covering the floor and ceiling, a rock waterfall, a lacquered tiki bar and matching furniture throughout the room.

“The green shag carpet lent itself to the room’s excellent acoustics, and Elvis recorded songs such as ‘Blue Eyes Crying in the Rain’ and ‘Moody Blue’ here as a part of The Jungle Room sessions,” a press release revealed.

Every detail in the DTLA replica will have visitors feeling like they’ve stepped back in time. Even the magazines on the coffee table are from Presley’s era.

The pop-up arrives in Los Angeles after making stops in New York, Boston and Chicago.

“Love Me (Bar) Tender” is open April 4 through April 5 from 6 p.m. to midnight. It’s located at  Truly L.A. on 216 Alameda Street.

Entrance is free with registration and visitors can book their ticket now on Eventbrite.
