Doja Cat surely knows how to make an entrance. The 28-year-old rap star relishes in keeping the internet on their toes when it comes to her fashion moments, so we expect her 2024 Met Gala look to be no different. The “Agora Hills” singer is notably a fashion girl, constantly shocking the world in her varying red carpet and fashion week looks. And while this is now only her second Met Gala, she continues to find ways to be on theme while also staying on brand to her personal style ethos.

One thing we can always count on Doja Cat to be is a troll — in every aspect. We first got a peek at her Met Gala look as she left the Mark Hotel and we were wildly confused by the white bathroom towels she stepped out in. We soon realized why she left the venue in a towel. Doja Cat wore an oversized white see-through gown drenched in water. She accompanied the look with black makeup streaking down her face, designed by Pat McGrath Labs. Doja Cat's full fashion look was created by Vetements. She accessorized with the Jacob & Co. Diamond Stud Earrings, Diamond Drop Earrings and then a Yellow Diamond Drop Pendant Necklace. The rapper has posted to social media calling fashion's biggest night: “wet gala.”

Last year Doja Cat wore a white hooded backless Oscar de la Renta gown with a feather train. She finished the look with a full prosthetic feline face. Doja Cat decided to be on theme, paying respect to Karl Lagerfeld's cat, Choupette. Doja Cat is unafraid to commit to the bit and it always pays off.
