Detroit native Tim Meadows to host 'Mean Girls' charity screening, Q&A in Royal Oak

Detroit native and Hollywood star Tim Meadows will host a charity screening of "Mean Girls" with a follow-up Q&A session moderated by actor Marc Evan Jackson on March 30.

The event benefitting nonprofit youth organization Detroit Creativity Project begins at 7:30 p.m. at the Royal Oak Emagine Theater, with tickets ranging from $20 to $48. All ticket holders will receive a complimentary poster and tumbler.

Meadows stars in the original 2004 Mean Girls movie and the 2024 musical remake and will take questions from the audience following the special screening.

The screening will feature a video introduction by actress Busy Phillips and include an auction giveaway for upcoming stage shows.
