Daybreak is a post-apocalyptic adventure series created by Brad Peyton and Aron Eli Coleite. After all the adults in the world disappear, teenagers are left to survive by themselves. One experienced teen deals with gangs, bullies, and also feelings as he searches for his missing crush.

In a world where all the grown-ups have vanished, high schoolers are left to do all kinds of crazy things. The protagonist, Josh, is a loner and is on a mission to find his missing girlfriend, Sam. Along the way, he teams up with some strange people, including a kid named Angelica and his former bully, Wesley. Together, they face the weirdest gangs like the jock-turned-Mad-Maxers and the cheerleader Amazon warriors. Josh, along with his crew, must make sure he finds Sam before it’s too late.
In the lead, we see Colin Ford as Josh Wheeler, the protagonist of the series. Sophie Simnett plays Sam, his love interest. Additionally we also see Alyvia Alyn Lind as Angelica Green and Austin Crute as Wesley Fists.
