The former footballer showed off how he maintains his physique

David Beckham is getting his workout on!

The former footballer, 48, shared a glimpse into how he’s stayed fit through the years in a new social media post.

“‘Knee’s up to your chest,’” shut up Bob @mrbobbyrich 🏋️‍♀️ hairs a mess that’s more important right now 🙄,” he captioned an Instagram Reel on Wednesday, tagging the performance coach as he jokingly mocked his instructions.

In the clip, a shirtless Beckham did a set of pull-ups while wearing minimal clothing.

The Inter Miami CF co-owner kept up his momentum in the gym in a pair of orange shorts, black socks, and bright orange tennis shoes.

He and his wife, Victoria Beckham, often post their workout routines from their time training together, though the fashion designer, 49, has been slightly immobile since breaking her foot in a gym accident in February.

Earlier this week, the pop star used social media to show off just how her beau has been lending a hand since her accident.

The best gift my Husband ever bought me!!!” Victoria wrote over an Instagram Story photo of herself posing on a knee scooter.

In another post to her Story, she showed content of David assembling the scooter as he added a few special upgrades, such as a basket, a cup holder and a bell. Victoria joked that she could “pick up quite the speed.”

“A bell for a belle," her husband added.

David recently appeared on SiriusXM's This Life of Mine with James Corden, where he revealed how he knew Victoria was the one.

“I didn't know what she was like as a person. I just actually fancied her like most people did at that time,” he said of the Spice Girls member.

"I didn't realize what a strong woman she was, and that is what really attracted me to her more than anything," he continued.

The couple tied the knot in 1999, at the height of their careers.

They welcomed their first son, Brooklyn, on March 4, 1999, ahead of their summer wedding. They also share three other children: Romeo, 21, Cruz, 19, and Harper, 12.

During his interview, David admitted he knew he would marry Victoria when he watched the Spice Girls’ "Say You'll Be There" music video.

"It’s my favorite because it was the song that was on the TV when I was sat in my room with Gary Neville and it came on the tele and that was when I turned around to Gary and said, 'I’m gonna marry that one in the short black dress,' " he said.

And David may soon be able to relive the nostalgic moment!

Group member Mel B recently ran off stage during an appearance on TODAY with Hoda & Jenna after seemingly spilling the beans on a reunion tour.

The "Wannabe" hitmakers celebrated their 30th anniversary in early March.
