Jeff Probst threw another crazy twist at the Survivor: Game Changers contestants when he had them drop their buffs and switch up the tribes again. Debbie, however, didn’t get a new buff this time, because she was sent to Exile Island. Jeff informed Debbie that she would return to the game at the next tribal council. Debbie would then join whichever tribe went there, but the good news was that she would join them after they voted someone out, meaning she would be safe this week.
Debbie was pretty bummed about the whole situation, until she found out Exile Island was really a boat fully stocked with food and drinks. While Debbie was relaxing on her Survivor yacht, another boat pulled up carrying fan-favorite player Cochran, who yelled out, “Hope it’s OK if I join you.” Unfortunately, Cochran was not getting back into the Survivor ring; he was just there to give Debbie some advice and an advantage in the game. Cochran also provided a shoulder to cry on as Debbie was emotionally exhausted from the game.
Only time will tell if Debbie’s boat trip and advantage will rejuvenate her game.
Survivor airs Wednesdays at 8 p.m. on CBS.
