TRI-CITIES, Tenn./Va. (WJHL) — Copperhead Road Music Fest, Wetlands Water Park opening for the season and a Paws in Blue fundraiser for K-9’s in Jonesborough are just some of the events planned in the Tri-Cities this weekend.
