ASHWAUBENON - You can catch Shane Gillis on “Saturday Night Live” this weekend and then catch him in person in June at the Resch Center.

The stand-up comedian who’s hosting NBC's “SNL” on Saturday will make a stop at 8 p.m. June 15 at the Resch Center.

Tickets go on sale at 10 a.m. Friday at ticketstaronline.com, 800-895-0071 and the Resch Center box office. They’re priced at $42.50, $52.50, $62.50 and $92.50. All tickets will be sent out June 12 using delayed mobile delivery.

Gillis was announced as a new cast member of the 45th season of “SNL" in 2019 but was fired several days later after a clip of him making anti-Asian remarks in 2018 on his podcast with comedian Matt McCusker, “Matt and Shane’s Secret Podcast,” went viral.

He released his debut comedy special, “Shane Gillis Live in Austin,” in 2021 on YouTube, where it has more than 24 million views. He followed it up last year with a Netflix special, “Beautiful Dogs.” He’s a regular guest on Sirius XM’s "The Bonfire," Spotify's "The Joe Rogan Experience" and Barstool Sports' "KFC Radio."

Gillis is the latest comedian booked by PMI Entertainment Group at the arena this year. Wisconsin’s own Charlie Berens is returning to the Resch for the final night on his Good Old Fashioned Tour at 8 p.m. April 27. Nate Bargatze, who performed at the venue in 2022, is also a repeat visitor with his Be Funny Tour stop on May 19.
