Ciara Miller Found It ‘Really Nice’ To Get Carl Radke’s Side About Split

Summer House fans waited a long time to watch Season 8. It was promised that background information would make the reasons for Carl Radke and Lindsay Hubbard’s split very clear.

Earlier in the season, Lindsay engaged in several arguments with her then-betrothed in which she accused him of having used drugs. The accusations shocked their co-stars, who wanted to support Carl’s sobriety journey.

But lately, public opinion has been shifting back on Lindsay’s side as the former publicist revealed issues with intimacy. She also expressed concern over Carl’s nine-month-long journey to find himself, i.e. to decide on a fulfilling new career path. Yet, some of their co-stars were still interested to hear Carl’s side about his professional endeavors, or lack thereof.

Ciara thinks it’s “not crazy” for Lindsay to have expected Carl to get a job

Ciara Miller reacted to the most recent episode of Summer House on Watch What Happens Live With Andy Cohen. Andy asked the professional model for her “reaction to the conversation at the end of the episode between Lindsay and Carl.”

During that interaction, Lindsay told her then-fiance that she wanted to see more drive from him. Also, she expects her partner to hustle a bit.

“I don’t think I’m surprised anymore,” Ciara responded.

“Have there been things that you’ve seen on the show that have made you fill in blanks about why they didn’t get married in the end,” Andy Cohen followed up.

Ciara pointed out that the dynamic between the girls that summer meant they were getting more of Lindsay’s perspective.

“I mean, I feel like I knew why they didn’t get married,” Ciara explained. “But I will say it’s really nice, I feel like, since the girls were getting along so much this summer we heard a lot of Lindsay’s side. So it’s really nice to see Carl’s rebuttal.”

“It’s not crazy to ask someone to get a job,” she quipped. “Usually I date men with jobs.”

Ciara’s comments echoed public sentiment on Carl’s perceived inability to commit to a new career path. The duo shelled out $20,000 on a life coach for Carl, which yielded underwhelming results. Basically, it seems Lindsay’s concern was well-founded.
