Christina Hall and Heather El Moussa Joke Even They Can't Tell Each Other Apart in Video with Ex/Husband Tarek

“Hi I’m Christina,” Heather says in an Instagram Reel shared by all three stars on May 14
Heather El Moussa and Christina Hall are addressing their similar looks with a sense of humor!
In a cheeky clip shared on Instagram May 14, Heather and Christina stand side by side in matching black strapless tops and jeans with cutouts. “Hi I’m Christina,” Heather, 36, says in the video. "I'm Heather!," Christina, 40, replies.
The Selling Sunset alum continues, “Wait no, that’s not right.” The pair then start twirling their matching blonde locks as Christina jokes with a shrug, “Must be all that bleach.”
The camera then pans out to show Tarek El Moussa, 42, who is currently married to Heather and was previously married to Christina, sitting in a chair as the two women stand behind him.
“Well, I guess it is confusing,” he says with a smile, referring to fans' frequent mix-ups between the two women that have run rampant on social media since Tarek and Heather got together following his and Christina's divorce.

HGTV did not immediately respond to PEOPLE's request for comment about whether the unlikely trio is promoting an upcoming project together, but the group certainly seems to have had fun creating the attention-grabbing video.
“I guess you’re not the only ones confused…🤔,” reads the caption of the post, which was shared by all three stars. Hall commented, “👯♀️ 🤷🏼♀️” followed by a similar comment from Heather: “👯”
Further down in the comments section, fans were both excited and unsure of how to react at the same time.
“I’m so uncomfortable and proud of you all at the same time! 😂😅🤣 Great sense of humor from everyone! 👏👏👏,” one user wrote.
Another added, “😂😂😂Omg! This is iconic!”
Over the years, the co-parents have become friendly with each other, though the journey wasn’t always smooth sailing.
Christina and Tarek were married for seven years before announcing their split in Dec. 2016. Their public breakup came after a harrowing incident involving a gun that led to their divorce, which Tarek opened up to PEOPLE about for the first time in February.
The exes starred on the hit HGTV series Flip or Flop together until it ended in March 2022 followed by one last episode in November that same year. She currently stars in her own shows, Christina on the Coast and Christina in the Country. They share two children together — daughter Taylor, 13, and son Brayden, 8.
After her split from Tarek, Christina married her second husband Ant Anstead and welcomed son Hudson, 4. Following their divorce, she has since gotten married a third time to realtor Josh Hall.
Meanwhile, Tarek met Heather during a Fourth of July celebration in 2019. After a year of dating, Tarek popped the question and the pair eventually tied the knot in Oct. 2021. They welcomed their son Tristan together in Jan. 2023. They currently star in The Flipping El Moussas on HGTV.

While Christina and Heather appear to be on good terms now, Heather has previously been candid about the rocky start to their relationship.
During a 2022 interview with actor and casting director Eliza Roberts and Today's Jill Martin on The New Rules, Heather opened up about the difficulties of co-parenting with her husband’s ex.
"I haven't talked about this much because I'm a very happy, positive person, but I felt like I was always second," Heather said at the time.
She continued: "No one ever made me feel that way, but I think when your significant other has such a long relationship with the previous spouse and a lot of love — and it was a very public divorce and you're coming into it. You fall in love with each other, but you always kind of think of the ex. For me, I did.”

However, Heather and Hall were able to find a common ground.
"I think she realized how much I love the kids and that they are number one to me, over anything. So any drama aside, the kids are the most important thing to all of us.”
These days, things are much easier between the group. On Mother's Day this year, Tarek and Heather even exchanged bouquets with Christina and Josh.
