Christie Brinkley makes 62 look good.
The supermodel, who celebrated her birthday on Tuesday, marked the occasion during a dinner date with her new(ish) boyfriend, John Mellencamp. The pair broke bread together in NYC and from the look on her face —let’s face it, the “Jack & Diane” singer is not much of a smiler — they had a good time.
The couple, who started dating in September, were snapped exiting the restaurant together holding hands. The mom of three wore a long, floral wrap dress with a suede coat and boots; the scruffy musician-turned-artist had on a suit with some well-traveled boots. We’re not sure what he gave her for her birthday, but that glow indicates it was something nice.

Christie’s birthday celebration kicked off over the weekend when she was feted by family and friends during a dinner party in East Hampton, New York. She was presented with a birthday cake with Mellencamp on it. It was a photo of her, looking less glam in a face mask while wearing a shirt with the “Small Town” crooner’s mug on it. The model referred to it as her “boytaycake.”
Not as enjoyable as the real thing, we’d bet.
