Chrissy Teigen’s Daughter Just Re-created One of Her Funniest Memes

Chrissy Teigen is the undisputed queen of memes, thanks to iconic moments like the Umbrella Whack of 2019, her 2018 Emmy shrug-and-dodge, and, of course, the legendary kind-of-crying face she made during her husband John Legend's 2015 Golden Globes speech.

But there might be someone coming for her meme throne: Teigen's three-year-old daughter, Luna. On Wednesday Teigen posted a hilarious shot of her eldest child re-creating her famous awkward grimace from the Globes, and the impression is completely spot-on. Teigen posted two side-by-side images of her and her child with the caption "o dear." No other words necessary.

Fans loved it, and a bunch of them left "like mother, like daughter" comments on Teigen's Instagram. "This is the best thing I’ve seen all day," one person wrote.

Chrissy Teigen has always been open about her challenges with motherhood, and once shared that she had a tough day with Luna when the toddler wouldn't eat a bite of a meal she had prepared. "For everyone that's like, 'Oh my goddd, my ovaries are exploding when I see your kid! Oh my goddd, so cute! I need a baby right now,' we don't Instagram everything, OK?" she said on Instagram at the time. "We don't."

"She's in her big-girl bed now. It came early for us," Teigen said in an interview with Glamour last month. "One day she was like, 'I want a big-kid bed. I want to be big.' So we got her a little staircase to climb up to it. But there's still nothing like the times when she wants Mama. "

We will have to see if Luna grows up to become a master at trolling her dad, but this Instagram photo is a strong indicator that she's already following in her mom's footsteps. Like mother, like daughter indeed.
