Chick-fil-A lovers are voicingtheir frustration over an employee’sbehind-the-scenes food prep video.The clip, shared on TikTok by auser named Antonella Nonone,shows how the chain produces itsfamous frosted strawberry lemonade.Her video, which has been viewed morethan 2.6 million times, has many customerscalling the item a “total rip off”.Mainly, they called out the “maddening” fact that thelemonade seems to be made of about 70 percent ice.“So I worked for a Chick-fil-A for acouple of years, and this is something I learneda few weeks ago,” Nonone says in her video.The TikToker then proceeds to mix “two pumps”of strawberry purée with a splash of lemonade.After that, she fills theremainder of the cup with ice.Many commenters seemed confusedas to why they would pay more than$3 for the dessert, which usually is aseasonal item at the fast food chain.“What a rip off,” one user wrote.“No wonder why I take a sip of the drink it’sall gone right away,” another lamented.Others were quick to point out,however, that the ice-heavybeverage approach is common atmost chains — including Starbucks.“Y’all say Starbucks is bad this is onanother level,” one user commented
