Casablanca Is About to Release Its First-Ever Standalone Sneaker

Fresh from Casablanca's "Futuro Optimisto" runway show at Paris Fashion Week, the brand teased an all-new sneaker silhouette that we can't wait to get our hands on.

Art director Stevie Grimes shared a closer look at the upcoming silhouette on Instagram, which is set to be the brand's first-ever sneaker outside of a collaboration. Following releases like the New Balance 327 and XC-72, Casablanca has firmly cemented itself as a must-have brand in the footwear space and finally, the time has come for the label to go at it alone.

The new silhouette stays true to the brand's signature pastel colorways, offered in gradient blur and yellow hues. Featuring with asymmetric suede accents on the toe alongside a zip-up tongue, the sneaker boasts a "Casa Sport" logo on the side panels and branded, metallic zipper tag. The upper sits atop a wavy platform midsole made up of pink and yellow panels encased in white rubber.
