When it comes to trying out new social media challenges, fans are well aware Candace Cameron Bure is never one to back down. But sometimes, internet trends are a bit confusing and her latest attempt had her followers downright baffled.

In an Instagram video posted on July 2, the Fuller House star tried out a fitness challenge circulating on social media. Dressed in a red sweatshirt and denim shorts, Candace pushed her legs off a glass wall and into a handstand. She then formed a unique shape with her body as if she'd done it before. But she revealed one tiny caveat — she had no idea what the challenge was called nor its purpose.

"I don’t even know what trend this is," she captioned the clip. "But give me a fitness challenge and I’m in 😜🤣! #321 🤸🏼♀️."

While Candace wasn't exactly familiar with the challenge, we dig some digging. According to TikTok clips, the "Wall Handstand Challenge" went viral in June, with close to 2 million views to date. The move can look a bit off-putting. But as Men's Health UK wrote in August 2020, it's a proven method of learning how to do a proper handstand. Plus, the move is similar to an inverted yoga pose, so you're learning two impressive exercise moves at once.

Reacting to Candace's handstand-inspired move, Full House fans quickly flooded the comments section to let the actress know how cool, yet bewildering this was.

"Ummmm that’s pretty impressive !" Dancing With the Stars pro Peta Murgatroyd commented. "I have been trying to figure out what trend this is and what's the purpose still don't know," one fan wrote. And a different person asked the question we all were thinking: "But how did you get out of the pose???"

Hopefully we'll see Candace do a part two to this rather interesting video!
