  • Brie Larson is killing it in the fitness department. And she's got the (totally toned) arms to prove it.

  • In a new Instagram snap, the 32-year-old Captain Marvel star is doing a high jump as she rocks a flowy and flowery dress. But TBH, her super sculpted arms were all I could look at!

  • To stay in such great shape, Brie stays consistent with her workouts—whether they're boxing, rock climbing, or strength training sessions.

Brie Larson is currently enjoying some much-deserved time in the sun. In her latest Instagram snap, the 32-year-old Captain Marvel star shared a super happy pic that showed her grinning for the camera mid-jump while wearing the most gorgeous flowy, strapless dress.

"Alexa, play 'Tusk' by Fleetwood Mac," she captioned the photo.

Naturally, people were all over the pic in the comments. "HAPPINESS OVERLOAD, CAP! 🌟❤️❤️," one commented. "When she’s cute and her taste in music is excellent," said another. "Look look, captain Marvel is jumping over there 😍😍😍," chimed a superfan.

But let's talk about those arms. How exactly did Brie get that fit? Luckily for us, she regularly shares her gym sessions and fitness successes on IG—so there's a lot of fitspo to go around.

Case in point: Right after Christmas, Brie shared a video of herself doing a virtual training session with her trainer—Jason Walsh of Rise Movement. In the clip, she knocks out some seriously impressive pull-ups. "@risemovement observes no holidays for training 🥵," she said.

And in another workout with Walsh, Brie worked her arms and core by wearing a heavy chain around her waist as she crushed some pushups: "Nothing hits quite the same as the clanking sound of chains wrapped around your body," she captioned the video.

In yet another session, Brie focused on her lower body, doing six reps of weighted squats. "Sometimes I surprise myself! Thanks @risemovement for helping me reach new heights!" she wrote.

As for all her Captain Marvel diet needs, Brie works with nutritionist Dr. Philip Goglia, who shared details about her meal plan going into Captain Marvel. Every morning, Brie would grab a teaspoon each of almond butter and all-fruit jam or preserves for an early-morning breakfast. "The most recent science has shown that a little bit of fat and a little bit of simple sugar will actually increase intensity rate while you train early in the morning... and allow you to still continue to train and burn fat," he told People. "That really does start your engine for you."

She will then follow it up with a protein shake or eggs, plus some fruit before lunch (which was usually a plate full of chicken and veggies). After lunch, Brie would have two more snacks before dinner. And fruit would be her bedtime snack. Of course, she stayed hydrated throughout the day—drinking three to four liters.

But of course, Brie isn't a masochist. And she's big into delicious meals and makes sure to treat herself every now and then—as evidenced by this post: "I'm just a girl in a truffle pasta world," she captioned the pic.

YUM, Brie!
