JEREMY PARK: Hey, what's going on, guys? My name is Jeremy Park, and this is In The Know-Fitness. Today's workout will be the quick cardio.

[MUSIC PLAYING]

For the first exercise, we're going to be getting into some high knees, really driving that knee up towards the chest.

[MUSIC PLAYING]

Now, following-- the next exercise-- we're going to be doing some jumping jacks.

[MUSIC PLAYING]

For our third exercise, we're going to get into some mountain climbers, really targeting those abs, driving that knee up towards your chest.

[MUSIC PLAYING]

For our fourth exercise, we're going to be getting into some speed skaters. So we're going to start at one end of the mat, hop laterally, land, curtsy, touch. Repeat.

[MUSIC PLAYING]

For the last and final exercise of the quick cardio workout, we'll be doing some single leg hops, really bouncing off the toes, getting that calf nice and pumped. 30 seconds on each foot. Three rounds.
