‘Boy Swallows Universe’ Breakout Felix Cameron Signs With AIG

EXCLUSIVE: Felix Cameron, who broke out earlier this year in Netflix hit Boy Swallows Universe, has signed with Artist International Group (AIG).

The Australian rising star has been snapped up in all areas outside Australia.

Cameron plays Eli Bell in Boy Swallows Universe opposite the likes of Travis Fimmel, Simon Baker and Sophie Wilde. Based on the semi-autobiographical novel by Trent Dalton and produced by Joel Edgerton, the show follows the precocious lead navigating the challenges of adolescence in the gritty suburbs of 1980’s Brisbane.

Netflix has said the series is its most successful Australian show to date and it also performed well in the U.S. and other territories, with Cameron’s performance praised by critics.

Cameron also starred in Netflix 2020 feature Penguin Bloom, playing Naomi Watts and Andrew Lincoln’s son Rueben in the emotional family drama based on the best-selling book of the same name.

Cameron will be repped by Chris Prapha and Deanna Russo Clark at AIG, which reps the likes of Michelle Yeoh, Anil Kapoor and Jonathan Rhys Meyers. He continues to be represented by Kubler Auckland Management in Australia.
