Blake Lively Appeared in a Fan's Photo from a Spice Girls Concert

The memory of attending your first-ever concert is something that likely stays with you forever. Many of us may recall the thrill that accompanied finally seeing our favorite band live (with our parents, of course), but one Spice Girls fan discovered an added bonus in her trip down memory lane: She found an unexpected Blake Lively cameo in a photo from her dream childhood day.

On August 4, Twitter user Bria Madrid did social media a serious favor and posted a photo from her first concert. "Found a picture when I was 5 at my first concert," she tweeted. "#SpiceGirls and took a picture with a girl dressed up as Baby Spice who I just realized now was @blakelively." Sure enough, the photograph does show Bria standing next to a younger Blake. And the former Gossip Girl star does bear a striking resemblance to Baby Spice in the photo, sporting pigtails, platform shoes, and a baby blue outfit.

As if discovering you stood next to a future celebrity wasn't enough of a treat for Bria, her former Spice Girls concert companion responded to the throwback pic. Blake saw the photo and retweeted with the image with a hilarious caption, saying: "My secret is out." The fashion-forward star later posted the image on Instagram, writing, "Pretending to be someone else... since 1997 (Thanks @briaaamadrid for the photo of us at the Spice Girls concert. Sorry not sorry I tricked you into thinking I was @emmaleebunton)."

Social media hasn't been able to get over the moment — or Blake's choice of outfit. One user used an all too appropriate all-caps response, writing, "OH MY GOD! That's WILD!" Another Twitter follower took their own trip down memory lane, tweeting: "This is what I needed today. I remember I wasn’t allowed to go to this tour. Finally saw them in 2008." The photo even had one follower wishing for a potential reunion of the Spice Girls fans, urging: "Y'all need to meet up."

And, fam, it gets better. The photograph later caught the attention of Baby Spice (AKA Emma Bunton) herself. The singer left a comment of support for Blake on Instagram, writing, "So cute, you're rocking those pigtails @blakelively." The actor was apparently overwhelmed, tweeting a number of skull emojis and the response: "I cannot believe you know who I am. This will never be normal."

Well, if you need me, I'll be going through all my old photographs today. Who knows, maybe I'll discover Selena Gomez or Cole Sprouse hiding in a throwback Polaroid. If Bria's story proves one thing, it's that anything is possible.
