Baton Rouge group to reveal Fifolet Halloween Festival grand marshal, theme
BATON ROUGE, La. (BRPROUD) — 10/31 Consortium, a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing a safe and happy Halloween for children in our area, is preparing for its annual Black and Orange Bash.
The event will take place at 7 p.m. Friday, May 10 at the Goodwood Library, located at 7711 Goodwood Blvd. in Baton Rouge. Tickets are on sale right now on 10/31 Consortium’s website.

The event celebrates the halfway mark to Halloween and features music, dancing, food, a
cash bar, a silent auction and a best-dressed contest. Several announcements will be made, including this year’s Halloween festival theme, grand marshal and royal coronation.
The attire for the event is casual, costume or cocktail, but it must be black and orange.
