Adrienne Bailon never told 'The Real' co-hosts she was on 'The Masked Singer'

Imagine working with your co-worker for months and not knowing that she is living a double life? Well, that’s basically what happened with Adrienne Bailon and her co-hosts on The Real.

Bailon’s co-hosts — Tamera Mowry, Jeannie Mai, and Loni Love — had suspected that the singer was the Pink Flamingo on The Masked Singer back in September — and they were right. But Bailon managed to keep it a secret from her co-hosts until the end.

On a pre-recorded episode of The Real that aired Thursday, the hosts were told that they were going to interview one of the finalists from The Masked Singer. What they didn’t know is that they were sitting right next to her: Adrienne Bailon.

After keeping the secret for months, Bailon finally got to sit down with them and spill the tea on the show and her experience. Bailon, who came in third place on the show, revealed that while doing The Masked Singer she suffered from panic attacks brought on by insecurities over her voice. She also had difficulty breathing in her costume.

Bailon went on to talk about how hard it was to keep this a secret from her co-hosts, especially when she was confronted on a previous episode of The Real and denied all indications that she could ever be on The Masked Singer.

One fan was a bit hurt that Bailon lied to the ladies on The Real, tweeting:

But The Real co-host Mowry was able to joke about it, tweeting:

It is safe to say that there are no hard feelings. And clearly, Adrienne Bailon needs to start her singing career ASAP!
