Paulina Porizkova, 56, snapped and shared new bikini photos and video featuring her sculpted bod.
While vacationing, she wore a white bikini and bright blue bikini exploring the beach and lounging poolside.
Paulina has shared details about her newfound love of exercise and go-to Pilates workouts that help tone and sculpt her whole bod.
Once a model, always a model definitely rings true for Paulina Porizkova, 56. She showed off her sculpted abs and entire toned bod in a new series of Instagram photos while relaxing poolside and exploring the beach. In the snap, the model poses at her "friend’s incredible villas," in the Hermosa Hills.
"I have come here to heal repeatedly," Paulina wrote in the caption. "I don’t know what it is about being here, but my anxiety drops to nearly undetectable, and I feel like I get to pause all the stress of life. The minute I leave, it all comes rushing in again, but aaah, I can live for those moments of peace. I’m so incredibly grateful for the opportunity to come here. And for good friends who give me a hand when I need it."
She's having a blast and her very own iconic lifeguard moment, too. "Here’s my Baywatch moment! Always wanted to do this in slow-mo, but I thought instead I post the real version, me TRYING to look like a Baywatch babe," she wrote in the caption. "It’s no secret to my friends that I hate running. I have some arthritis in my hips ( so much for having the body of a thirty year old) and running isn’t exactly comfortable. Also, I need to run for a reason, like AWAY from a bear or TO a great sample sale.😜"
And, Paulina's also been relaxing on the beach with a good book, while looking totally ripped.
Paulina has long been vocal about the way society discusses aging and her own fitness evolution one bikini photo and nearly-naked pic at a time. Even though staying active is a big part of Paulina's life now, she told Elle that she used to rely on “cigarettes and poor nutrition” when she was younger and working as a supermodel. After appearing on Dancing with the Stars and developing a strong dance practice, she realized that she was happier and healthier with regular exercise. "I started exercising to help with my panic attacks and to get off antidepressants," she told Elle. "I found out if I worked out every day my anxiety was kept a lot at bay. And I felt better. So how great is that?"
Now, Paulina works out almost every day, and thanks to YouTube dance videos, she's become a bona fide dancing queen. "It's become something that's like brushing my teeth. It's something I have to do," she told Elle. In addition to her killer aerobics moves, she does Pilates in between photo shoots.
