Catherine Zeta-Jones may be starring as the iconic Morticia Addams in the buzzy new Netflix series, Wednesday, but she just went for a lighter look in a gorgeous new Instagram post that is definitely giving some serious Risky Business vibes.

And by that I mean that in the photo,, the 53-year-old is posing in a white button-down and oversized blazer, accessorized with flowy hair, black strappy heels, and her miles of toned legs. Catherine isn't wearing any pants in the photo, which accentuates how long her legs are.

"Happy Sunday!!" she casually captioned the post. And people freaked in the comments section, and fair. “Legs for days 💥💥💥❤️,” wrote one person, while another chimed in with, “Darling buds of May. Good stuff lady.” Bachelor Nation's Andi Dorfman even wrote in saying, "GOALS 🔥🔥🔥."

But it's not just all about dance cardio for this actress. Those strong legs also come from some of the intense, disciplined yoga workouts that she does on the reg. Catherine shared this snippet of herself doing the dancer pose with a group of women at her place:

So...Catherine is definitely not a recreational yogi, which is very clear because if her ‘grams are any evidence, she practices a lot. Sometimes, the workouts include a serious abs circuit on the mat, and other times they involve a lot of planks. Catherine will occasionally throw in some fun moves, like hula hooping, which can be a total core burner.

Yoga can be a great way to prevent injuries while building long, strong muscles. Vinyasa yoga can even be a serious calorie burner. Plus, there's always something new to try on the mat.

Oh! And she’s a swimmer, too. “If I become a little lethargic or lax in the physical part of my life, I get stressed,” she told the Telegraph. “So I swim. I have one of those pools where I can swim against the tide.” She’s also just really active in her day-to-day life, regularly dropping videos of herself hiking through the a snowy landscape or dancing while playing golf.
