Nicole (@nicole4president) is a TikToker and aunt to an adorable 2-year-old named Ellie. Ellie loves cleaning and can’t stand a mess, which is why, recently, the sweet but confused toddler tried to pick up the flower petals being thrown at a wedding! Ellie was chosen as a flower girl for the wedding, along with two other kids, but every time the kids threw flowers, Ellie tried to clean them up!

The sweet video begins with a shot of Ellie and two other kids walking down the aisle at a wedding. Ellie wears a puffy white dress and holds the hand of the boy next to her, who is wearing a suit jacket and bowtie. On the boy’s other side is a slightly older girl, also wearing a white dress. Each of the kids holds a basket full of flower petals in one hand.
“So my niece, Ellie, loves to clean,” Nicole explains in a caption. “She’s 2.”
The kids walk together about halfway down the aisle, then the boy and older girl begin tossing flower petals on the floor. Immediately, Ellie yells, “Uh oh!” and bends down to pick the petals up. The boy and older girl stop walking and stare at Ellie in confusion, as she runs around scooping the petals and placing them back in her basket.

“She didn’t really understand the whole flower girl concept,” writes Nicole.
In the background, the guests at the wedding can be heard laughing as they watch the confused toddler pick up the petals. One guest even comes over to help Ellie collect the petals!
Then, Ellie and the other kids begin walking again. At first, everything is fine. But then, the older girl begins throwing petals again. Ellie immediately stops and turns around, about to start picking up the petals again. But then, guests at the wedding begin to encourage her to keep going.
The toddler stares around her in confusion for a moment. Then, something clicks in her mind, and she begins to throw the flowers! The video ends with Ellie tossing flower petals on the floor as everyone cheers her on.
Viewers couldn’t get enough of the adorable toddler.
“She’s been taught to clean after herself! Such a well mannered girl!” one viewer wrote.

Ellie might not fully understand the concept of being a flower girl, but her love of tidiness is certainly admirable!
