Kaley Cuoco Communes With Nature for Her 30th Birthday

Kaley Cuoco celebrated her 30th birthday surrounded by what she loves: animals.
The Big Bang Theory actress, who marks her milestone birthday on Monday, Nov. 30, got the party started days earlier during a joint celebration with her sister, Briana, who turned 27 on Sunday. The trip — to an animal sanctuary — was a surprise to the TV star, but surely a welcome one in light of a turbulent few months in her personal life.
“2 planes, 12 best friends, one 30th bday, destination unknown = priceless,” Cuoco, who is going through a divorce from Ryan Sweeting, posted Friday on Instagram along with a photo of herself sipping a glass of wine aboard an airplane while wearing a cone-shaped birthday hat.
Cuoco — who has an animal menagerie at home, including many adopted dogs and a peacock she inherited from Khloé Kardashian — then shared a series of photos of herself getting up close and personal with some four-legged friends at The Black Jaguar-White Tiger Foundation in Mexico.
“Starting off my 30th year with a roar,” Cuoco wrote with a photo of her stroking the belly of a tiger. “Surrounded by my best friends and all the lions and tigers I can count.” Her post included the hash tags #ithinkthismustbeheaven and #cuocosistersbirthdayextravaganza.
Cuoco went on to share a series of photos of the gorgeous animals, including one which showed her happily gazing at some of the sanctuary residents.
There was also a photo of her group of best buds, who made the trip with her. It included former Bachelorette Ali Fedotowsky, Lacey Chabert, and Ashley Jones from The Bold and the Beautiful.
And of course there were photos of the sisters celebrating. When in Mexico, a piñata seems especially necessary.
Cuoco is looking ahead to new things now that she’s 30. That includes covering up past mistakes, like her tattoo tribute to her soon-to-be ex-husband Sweeting. Onward — one adventure at a time.
