All is not well in the now-shattered Cuoco-Sweeting house where Kaley Cuoco just brought home a brand new, bouncing baby … bug tattoo.

Cuoco shared a picture of herself getting the new ink to cover up an old (alright, like a year old) tattoo she had of Roman numerals to mark ex-husband Ryan Sweeting’s and her wedding anniversary, which was also New Year’s Eve so, congrats, that’s a holiday ruined too.

The tattoo is a moth.

A giant moth.

“The deep, meaningful, larger than life meaning behind this beautiful piece of ink, is… It covered the last one,” Cuoco captioned an image of her new moth tattoo, which is both honest and deeply depressing.

For the rest of their natural lives, makeup artists on The Big Bang Theory set will have to spend like an hour every morning covering up their show’s star’s massive bug tattoo which is, in turn, covering up the tattoo that marked her first wedding’s anniversary.

Life is an abyss.

Both Cuoco and Sweeting got the same tattoo together — hers on her back and his on his arm — to mark their wedding date which was, again, New Year’s Eve.

There’s no word if Sweeting has covered up his ink yet, but he should probably get something other than a moth for obvious reasons.
