Fox News's Incorrect Trump Tweet
On Sunday afternoon, Fox News tweeted Donald Trump was “spending weekend working at the White House.” Leaving the fact that Fox believes the president doing work is "BREAKING" news, this would be an unremarkable tweet apart from the fact the president actually spent a lot of the weekend at his Virginia golf club.

Trump traveled back and forth from the Trump National Golf Club (where staffers snapped pictures of him on the golf course) and the White House on Saturday and ended the day out for dinner at his D.C. hotel after what The Hill deemed was an entire day at the course.
On late Sunday morning, Trump headed back to the club where the White House said he took three meetings. The White House Pool reports Trump wrapped up his meetings within less than an hour (“That was quick.”), but IJR reporter Josh Billinson tweeted Trump appeared to be watching golf during that time.

TIME notes this is Trump's 13th golf trip during his nine weeks in office. When pressed earlier this month about how Trump used to criticize President Barack Obama's frequent golfing outings, Press Secretary Sean Spicer claimed Trump was using his time on the course to "foster deeper relationships" with foreign leaders and hold "mini Cabinet meetings."
