Watch an Exclusive Clip of Hot Yoga Founder Bikram Choudhury's 'Vanity Fair Confidential' Exposé

Of the many yoga sex scandals that have been publicized over the years, one of the most disturbing examples remains that of Bikram Choudhury, 70, the guru and founder of hot yoga. Since 2013, six former students have charged Choudhury with sexual harassment, assault, and rape. A judge ordered him to pay more than $6 million in damages to a former adviser in one of the cases — later ordering the guru to turn over his entire income in order to pay for the lawsuit.

Now Choudhury’s incredible rise and fall get examined in an episode of the 12-part Vanity Fair Confidential true crime series, “Bikram Feels the Heat,” set to air on Monday night. “How did this man allegedly go from healer to sexual predator? What will it take to stop the violence?” are questions the episode will look at. But first, Yahoo Beauty readers can view an exclusive preview clip, above.

Vanity Fair Confidential’s “Bikram Feels the Heat” debuts tonight at 9/8C on ID. New episodes of the series air Mondays on ID.
