Tyra Banks’s smize is so on point that she doesn’t need a stitch of makeup to make a selfie work. The supermodel posted a series of photos on Instagram in which she’s wearing little, if any, makeup and her hair is un-styled. Yet she still looks like she’s on top.

“This special filter is called Crazy,” Banks began her caption. The first photo in the series features her and a friend smiling faintly. “It’s that BFF fun-time filter.” Not only is she makeup-free, she’s also filter-free. Which means there’s absolutely nothing between her true beauty and her fans. “Well actually, there’s #nofilter. It’s just some good, ole fashioned, natural, cray-cray fun with the homie. Swipe and experience its glory.” As the series continues, her faces get sillier while she remains stunning. Her caramel-colored locks are in their naturally curly condition, looking a little beachy, which makes sense since these were taken in Cape Cod, Mass.

Eating really healthy lately, but sometimes…

This post also proves the 43-year-old is just getting more admirable and enviable with age.

Her fans agree. “[G]orgeous lady u!!!! Beautiful w out make up!!!” one follower gushed on Banks’ new playful post. “Messy hair don’t care!” said another. “Tyra is bootyful yall. Id like to see other celebrities be ballsy and post without make up so we can see how beautiful they really are” suggested another fan. “U look so young like on the fresh prince,” someone else pointed out.

Banks has been all about self-acceptance for a while now, but made a public campaign in April. The former America’s Next Top Model host launched #FaceForward with a short video. In it, negative words — including “hate,” “broken,” “pain,” and “anger” — are scrawled across her ageless face. She proceeds to wash her face on camera, revealing a hate- and makeup-free complexion. And while it was a very vulnerable act to film (remember when Viola Davis basically won an Emmy for washing her face on camera?), she’s never looked more beautiful and strong.
