For the 74th Golden Globes, the stars came to slay in the hair and makeup department. But while it’s true that most A-list celebs have glam squads armed with the most expensive cosmetics, lotions, and potions, that doesn’t mean those of us without that on-demand luxury can’t enjoy the same results.

To demonstrate, Burt’s Bees collaborated with makeup artists Joanna Simkim, Kindra Mann, and Toby Fleischman to use its best (and wildly popular) drugstore-available products on actresses Issa Rae, Evan Rachel Wood, and Maisie Williams. The result? Makeup that only looks like a million bucks.

Below, we have the deets on the some of the key products used and how you can add them to your own glam routine.

To prepare the Insecure star’s skin, Simkin double-moisturized with Burt’s Bees Intense Hydration Treatment Mask and Burt’s Bees Intense Hydration Facial Water to give Rae’s already-amazing skin a dewy finish. She then used Burt’s Bees Intense Hydration Day Lotion and mixed in a few drops of Burt’s Bees Complete Nourishment Facial Oil. The brand’s Intense Hydration Eye Cream was also massaged around the eyes to wake up the area before applying a champagne-toned eyeshadow and fluttery, luscious lashes.

Lips were hydrated first with Burt’s Bees Coconut & Pear Lip Balm to hydrate, and finished off with Burt’s Bees Lipstick in Suede Splash.

Mann started by removing any excess oils or makeup from the skin using the brand’s Sensitive Facial Cleansing Towelettes With Cotton Extract and Eye Makeup Remover Pads. Then, Burt’s Bees Skin Nourishment Day Lotion With SPF 15 was applied to the face and neck. Next, Mann used Burt’s Bees BB Cream in Light/Medium to prep Williams’s skin before adding foundation for additional coverage.

To finish off the look, Mann applied Burt’s Bees Lip Shimmer in Caramel to hydrate and then layered Gloss Lip Crayon in Outback Oasis on top. To finish off the lip with extra sparkle, Mann applied Burt’s Bees Lip Gloss in Solar Eclipse.

Fleischman started by hydrating the skin with Burt’s Bees Intense Hydration Facial Water, following up with Complete Nourishment Facial Oil. She then added Burt’s Bees Skin Nourishment Day Lotion With SPF 15 to provide Wood with UV protection on the carpet, and hydrated the eye area with Nourishment Eye Cream.

On Wood’s lips was the brand’s Beeswax Lip Balm, finished off with its Lipstick in Wine Wave layered with Glossy Crayon in Outback Oasis to give an extra hint of shine.
