TBT: Beauty Lessons From Catherine Deneuve’s Vogue Paris Covers

Catherine Deneuve is the French actress/model/designer muse to know. She’s appeared in over 120 films throughout her career (working with everyone from Roman Polanski to Lars von Trier), fronted campaigns for Chanel No. 5 in the 1970s, and served as a muse to designer Yves Saint Laurent for his iconic Le Smoking tuxedo suit. Today, the star turns 72, so it’s only fitting to take a look back at her most iconic covers for Vogue Paris (the holy grail of all things chic and French), where she has appeared numerous times over the years. Happy birthday, Madame Deneuve!
