How to make small eyes look bigger: 3 genius makeup hacks you need to know

Hack 1:Begin with a neutral base around the eye

Hack 3:

Whether you’re opting for a dramatic or neutral look, put focus the eyeliner on the top of the lid. Lining the lower waterline in black eye liner is generally seen as making eyes look smaller.
