Miley Cyrus Is Going Back to Her Darker Roots
Miley Cyrus is known for experimenting with her look. She’s never afraid to adopt the latest trend or dye her hair an unexpected color. However, it seems the star is set to go back to basics.
The 24-year-old recently posted a selfie on Instagram showcasing her grown-out dark roots, captioning the image, “Goin back 2 muah roots #LAZY #growingphase.”

The singer and actress’s hair is naturally dark brown, but she has dyed it a number of different colors in recent years. She’s experimented with everything from a platinum blond pixie cut to the unique blue hue she debuted at the 2015 Met Gala.
From the styles she’s been posting recently, it appears she is set on the darker hair tone.

While Cyrus appears to be toning down her own hair color, she hasn’t stopped dispensing advice to others to play around with theirs.
She recently posted a throwback with her mother, Tish Cyrus, and her younger brother, Braison Cyrus, in which she encouraged her mother to ditch her straight blond locks and embrace her old voluminous look.
