Kim Kardashian is prepping for a big night out. Paris Hilton turns 36 today, and Kim took a beauty cue from the birthday girl herself for the celebration. Kim posted a black-and-white Snapchat teasing a new bleach-blond lob that’s giving us major 2000s Paris vibes.

Kim opted for a wet-look style that’s flipped over to the side, and even accessorized the new ’do with a thick, bedazzled choker — both signature Paris Hilton favorites.

Kim got her start as Paris’s personal assistant, so the two go way back, and Kim’s look is almost nostalgic.

This isn’t the first time a Kardashian adapted a Paris Hilton classic look. For Kendall Jenner’s 21st birthday party, she had a custom dress made, mimicking the one that Hilton wore on her own 21st in 2002.

Paris partied for her birthday last night, and if her Snapchat documentation is any indication, Kim and Paris have another wild night ahead of them.
