If not for Donald Trump, Isla Fisher might not have won the Australian Academy of Cinema and Television Arts Trailblazer Award last night. Or so she claims! “I do need to thank Trump,” Fisher said in her acceptance speech. “I don’t think I’d be here if it weren’t for him showing the world that unqualified orange people can win things.” We’ve never thought of the famous ginger to have anything in common with The Donald, but they do both emit a sort of an overall orange hue. The difference is Fisher’s is natural and glowing, while Trump’s is…too much.

We definitely don’t see her as unqualified, either. The multifaceted actress is deserving of her win.

The joke set off a room of laughter, drawing attention to her beautiful red locks, which we loose and over one shoulder.

Fisher compared herself to another famously “orange” person, recently. While promoting her new film Nocturnal Animals, she revealed that she and her co-star Amy Adams are frequently confused for one another. “My husband and I, actually, one year for our holiday greeting card, I cut and pasted Amy Adams’s face over mine. So it was Sasha, Amy, and the kids, and then we said, ‘Seasons greetings from Sasha, Isla, and’—no one noticed,” Fisher joked on the Today show. “Everyone was like, ‘Oh your card was so cute.’ I’m like, ‘It was a joke! It’s not me—it’s Amy!'”

The two redheads do look awfully similar; much more so than Fisher and Trump.
