This Girl Did Her Entire Face of Makeup Using Only Highlighter And the Results Are Weirdly Amazing
Instagram is a great place to find inventive beauty ideas and fresh new trends, but it's also a place for weird beauty tutorials that you'd never actually try IRL, but somehow can't stop watching.
Dubai based 18-year-old beauty vlogger, Mariya Lyubashevskaya, made a video for all of us who have wondered (but never had the guts to try out) what it would look like to do your foundation, contour, eyes, and lips using only highlighter and bronzer. It seems like it would be a shimmery disaster, but the look is actually very... futuristic chic?
Mariya uses different textures of highlighter to layer on as substitutes for foundation and powder.
Then she grabs an equally sparkly bronzer and contours her features flawlessly.
Next she uses some peachy highlighter as blush.
And uses yet another highlighter to add even more glitz to her eyes.
She completes the look with more highlighter on her lips.
The final look is absolutely gorgeous.
