Demi Lovato Has Kardashian-like Hair Extensions Now

Demi Lovato has been sporting her short, choppy lob for what seems like years now — for so long, in fact, that we’ve almost forgotten what she looks like with a hairstyle longer than one that simply skims her shoulders. So imagine our surprise when Lovato stepped onstage to perform during her Honda Civic Tour with extensions flowing down her back. Check it out for yourself, below:

If Lovato’s ultralong extensions look familiar, it’s because we’ve seen the same jet-black waves on a few other celebrities recently — namely, Kim Kardashian West.
Last week, Kardashian West debuted waist-length extensions styled into gorgeous mermaid waves. Although Lovato didn’t make hers quite as long, it’s hard not to notice the similarities of the two styles. Here’s a look at Kardashian West’s comparable style:

Although there aren’t many details on Lovato’s latest extensions, Kardashian West’s were created by celebrity hairstylist Cesar Ramirez using Indique Hair, pure, all-natural and unprocessed hair extensions. However, what we do know about Lovato and her past with extensions is that she’s been pretty outspoken about loving them. She even created her own colorful hair extensions line back in 2014 called Secret Color by Demi Lovato.
As far as Lovato’s new lengthy hair look, we can’t help but love it. If you’re considering getting extensions for yourself, try clip-ins before opting for anything more permanent like tape-ins or bonded extensions. They’re temporary so you’ll be able to try out new lengths without having to make the full commitment to longer hair.
