Britney Spears has tons of devoted fans worldwide, but Bryan Ray might be one of the pop singer’s biggest admirers. The 31-year-old loves Spears so much that not only does he impersonate her at nightclubs and study her choreography, but also he has reportedly spent more than $80,000 on cosmetic procedures in order to look like her.

According to the Daily Mail, Ray, of Los Angeles, has had more than 90 procedures to get the Britney look, which the tabloid says include “a nose job, having fat injected into his cheeks, laser hair removal, lip fillers, Botox injections and more.” He’s even gotten veneers to match the look of Britney’s teeth.

“Ever since I was young there was something about Britney Spears and the qualities she had that I thought was the perfect package,” Ray told the Daily Mail. “In the beginning, I was trying to look like Britney Spears, my surgeons who designed my veneers asked me which celebrity smile I wanted to base mine on and it was hers. Now with my looks, I want to get into modeling, I love impersonating Britney Spears so I want to continue doing that and see where it takes me.”

Ray, who claims to spend $500 a month on skin care to keep his youthful look, reportedly might appear in a new show, Plastics of Hollywood, which focuses on an agency that represents people who have had extreme plastic surgery. “This is the first agency in Hollywood that is willing to represent this new generation of human dolls, living cartoons, or body-mod people,” producer Marcela Iglesias tells Yahoo Beauty. “These people, unfortunately, because of the way they look and what they have done to their bodies and faces, some agencies don’t take them seriously. We’re the first agency that is willing to take a risk in these kinds of personalities.”

Iglesias says that although Ray is getting exposure now because of his appearance, there is much more to him as a person. “He has talent besides the plastic surgery thing. Bryan has a company with his partner; it’s a marijuana tea and edible company they’re trying to develop,” she said. “But besides that, he loves to perform, he loves to act, he loves fashion. He’s a very interesting character. I know he’s going to be known as the person who wants to look like Britney, but that’s not what the agency is trying to focus on.” Iglesias tells us that Ray is currently working with a German producer on a music project as well.

Ray isn’t the only person who has made headlines for getting surgery to look like a celebrity. U.K.-based makeup artist Jordan James Parke says he’s spent $150,000 to look like Kim Kardashian. So while the obsession might not be particularly common, it’s definitely a thing.
