As you may know, getting the perfect winged liner takes time, so if you start practicing now, you will be a pro once spring officially rolls around. Get the Look: Begin by tracing a thick, midnight black line just above your upper lashes from the inner to a little past the outer corners of each eye. It’s best to use the end of your eyebrow as a reference when applying and to not go past this point. Then,line the bottom lashes the same way. Connect both lines and fill at the end of each wing.
