8 Things to Know About Iris Law, the New Face of Burberry’s Lip Campaign

A fresh face on the fashion and beauty scene, Iris Law, 16, is showing the world she’s ready to build her own empire — without the help of her family. The daughter of Jude Law and Sadie Frost just announced her first global beauty campaign as the face of Burberry Beauty’s Liquid Lip Velvet, a collection of 14 shades, from nudes to reds.

“So honored and excited to have become part of the @Burberry family as the new face of Burberry beauty #LiquidLipVelvet,” the teen wrote on Instagram.

As shot by Vogue photographer Angelo Pennetta in London, Law is its latest star. “Burberry is such an iconic brand, and it’s an honor to be part of the Burberry family and to be starring in a global campaign for them,” she said in a press release.

So who is this teenager, anyway, skyrocketing to fame? These are some of the things we know about her so far:

  1. Her personal beauty icon is Brigitte Bardot.

  2. Her favorite school subjects include art, English, and biology, according to an interview with Vanity Fair.

  3. This isn’t Law’s first campaign. She made her modeling debut in the United Kingdom for the British brand Illustrated People, and also appeared in Miu Miu’s 2017 resort campaign.

  4. She typically opts for an effortless look, according to E! Online. “I like to experiment but, for every day, I usually wear blush, natural colors, and mascara on both my top and bottom lashes,” she said.

  5. The teen has serious taste when it comes to beauty treatments. “I’ve always found the thing that works best for me is the blue-light facials,” she told People Style. “I think they make the most difference, and the results usually last longest.”

  6. Her big brother, Rafferty Law, recently walked the catwalk for Dolce & Gabbana.

  7. Among her favorite designers are Miu Miu, Gucci, and Chanel.

  8. Her accessory of choice? A ring. “I also usually have rings on every finger apart from the thumb. Most birthdays or Christmases,” she said, “my dad will get me a ring from Annina Vogel.”

For now, though, it’s all about Burberry, which posted Law’s lip campaign to Instagram for a peek inside its awesome lip shades.
