Bobbi Brown has been a force in the makeup industry for over two decades, inspiring women with one simple beauty philosophy: “Be who you are.” Her Pretty Powerful Campaign promotes that message by empowering women and girls around the world. In honor of this year’s International Women’s Day, Bobbi Brown Cosmetics is introducing the Pretty Powerful Pot Rouge in Pretty Powerful II. All proceeds of the blush will be donated to the Girl Rising Fund, which aims to remove barriers to education for girls in developing countries.

Fast-forward five years and ITG is one of the most popular sites in the industry, with product reviews and interviews with models, makeup artists, and influencers. Last fall, Weiss also launched Glossier, a beauty brand that offers a line of skin essentials for the modern cool-girl.

The former fashion stylist (she’s dressed Madonna, Halle Berry, and Gisele Bundchen!) launched her beauty brand Rodin Olio Lusso in 2007 after creating her signature Luxury Face Oil by mixing essential oils in her bathroom. Her lavish skincare brand also includes body oil, hair oil, lip balm, body cream, and perfume.
