Victoria’s Secret model Hilary Rhoda and hockey player/restaurateur/builder, Sean Avery will be making it official this fall. If you’ve ever wondered how the gorgeous it-couple stays in shape, you can find out when they host Southampton Sweat on Saturday, August 29th on Long Island. At the event, BANDIER, Juice Press and Republic Records are offering complimentary fitness classes – like Y7 Yoga, Fitting Room Circuit Training, Flybarre Barre and Tone House Athletic Conditioning. Whether sweating up a storm together, hanging at Warren 77 in NYC (where they met) or redesigning their home (which inspired Avery’s latest company, Avery/Gallanti Design, which remodels East End houses), here are four ways they stay in sync:

Working Out

In addition to going for jogs when the weather is nice, the couple takes spin classes side-by-side. “We run together in Southampton in the summers and take SoulCycle classes together a few times a week,” says Avery. Adds Rhoda. “We play tennis sometimes, but he’s been practicing every day this summer with a pro, so now he’s getting way too good for me to play with him.”

Working

With their clothing partnership with Solid & Striped, the swimwear line and photoshoot marked their first time side-by-side in a professional capacity.  “Working with Sean was a fantastic experience,” says Rhoda, who is 5’ 11’’. “We work well together, which was a pleasant surprise, because I guess you don’t really know the answer to that until you actually do it.” The soon-to-be Mrs. Avery wasn’t giving her future husband direction, though. “I would never give Hilary any tips on how to do her job,” he smiles. “Working with Hilary was amazing and very natural. It’s not very hard to look like you know what you are doing when you are standing beside Hilary in a picture.“

Pampering

The couple that spas together, stays together. “We get pedicures, and we like to hit the Russian baths for a good shvitz,” says Rhoda. The most important beauty-related advice Avery has learned from his fiancé occurs outside of treatments. “Hilary’s beauty tip to me is always wear my sunscreen,” says the 35-year-old.

Grooming

No need to go to the barber. For Avery, his makes house calls and his fiancé helps out in-between appointments. “Hilary does trim my hair between haircuts,” he says. The 28-year-old doesn’t mind at all, “I trim his neck hair for him, and he gives me great back and neck massages.” It seems like a very fair trade.
