2015 Nissan Versa Note Lineup Expands at 2014 Chicago Auto Show

In an effort to expand the 2015 Versa Note model's appeal, Nissan announced two new trim levels for its small, entry-level 5-door hatchback. Starting next year, the 2015 Nissan Versa Note will be available in sporty SR and more luxurious SL trim levels, complementing existing S, S Plus, and SV trim levels. Additionally, Nissan is adding Bluetooth connectivity and steering wheel controls as standard equipment on all 2015 Versa Note models.

The new 2015 Versa Note SR model builds on the Versa Note SV by adding revised front styling with darkened headlights, fog lights, and unique black and chrome trim. Design changes also include lower body side skirts, new side mirrors with integrated turn signal indicators, a rear spoiler, and machined-finish 16-inch aluminum wheels with dark-painted pockets and 195/55 tires. Inside, the Versa Note SR's steering wheel is 370Z-inspired, according to Nissan. The seats feature suede-like upholstery with orange accents, and the driver faces a dashboard trimmed in piano black with chrome and silver accents, as well as Fine Vision triple-dial instrumentation.

An SR Convenience package is available for this car, installing a NissanConnect touch-screen infotainment display with a reversing camera, Bluetooth streaming audio capability, text-messaging capability, USB port, and satellite radio. This package also supplies the automaker's NissanConnect Apps technology, providing access to Facebook, Twitter, Pandora, and more, right from the car's dashboard display screen.
