2014 Kia Soul Red Zone Special Edition on Sale First Quarter of 2014

The popular Kia Track'ster Concept that was shown at the Chicago Auto Show in 2012 served as the inspiration for the redesigned 2014 Kia Soul. Now that the Soul is in showrooms, the first of what is certain to be several special-edition models--painted the same eye-catching white with red accents as the Track'ster--is arriving during the first quarter of 2014.

Dubbed the 2014 Kia Soul "Red Zone" Special Edition, this new version of the Soul is based on the Soul Plus trim level and is equipped with a body kit, unique 18-inch aluminum wheels, with red accents and detailing. Inside, the car's black cloth seats have red accent stitching, the floor mats have red piping, and various pieces of the interior are painted red. Kia also installs a set of sport pedals.

Kia plans to build 2,000 units of the "Red Zone" Soul, each equipped with a 164-horsepower, 2.0-liter 4-cylinder engine and a 6-speed automatic transmission. Pricing will be announced closer to the car's on-sale date.
